I'm baaaack....

Ok, so I moved my blog, then ignored it for nearly half a year.  Sorry!  I've had my hands full with limited resources.  Lots of writing and media work but no internet at home.

The life of a poker player is not easy - that's for sure!  To date, I haven't cashed in a tournament this year.  Mostly because I ran bad at the LAPC earlier this year and swore off paying my own buy-in.  I actually played in the WPT Media Invitational which was fun but uneventful.

Although I qualified for an audition, I was passed over for the PokerStars" Million Dollar Challenge."  I didn't even try, but was invited to audition for the PokerStars "The Big Game" and made it as far as the final cut - one week before shooting, then was passed over again.  "The producers decided to go another direction."

I was hired by The Bicycle Casino to write their blog for their Winnin' O' the Green tournament in March, then covered a few of their charity events (Annie Duke's 1736 Family Crisis Center and Jerry Buss' Smile Train) in April.  Since then I've been buried in getting World Team Poker off the ground and grinding it out at home games.

And that is about it, the last six months in a nut shell!  But don't trip potato chip - keep it tuned to my blog and I'll keep it real.
